Personal Injury Lawsuit

Sadly, a life-threatening accident occurred on January 29, 2022.


Over the years, there have been many easily avoidable collisions with children, adults, and employees resulting in serious injuries.   Seeing ambulances at Hyland is not unusual.


This is why Friends of Hyland have come together: to encourage the TRPD Board of Commissioners and Hyland Hills management to enact industry-standard protocols to avoid these types of accidents.
